What data I get when you get in touch, what I use it for and how you can have it deleted.
Who handles the data
The data controller is webvibe, a website and business systems developer in Lithuania. About your data, write to [email protected] or call +370 690 44031.
What data I collect
When you fill in the enquiry form: your name, phone or email, the service you picked and your message. When you email or call: the information you give yourself. I collect nothing else about you.
What I use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and write to you about the project. The legal basis is the consent you tick in the form and steps taken before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Who else sees it
I do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising. Your enquiry reaches me through the Resend email service, Cloudflare delivers and protects the website, and the website itself runs on my own server in Lithuania. Where a provider handles data outside the European Economic Area, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries and correspondence for no longer than 2 years after our last contact. If we sign a contract, I keep the contract and invoices as long as accounting law requires.
Cookies
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, I will ask for your consent first and update this policy. Part of the site’s code loads from jsDelivr, so it sees your IP address, as any web server does.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it to move elsewhere, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and I will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
