About the project
MeistrasPro is a construction and renovation services platform for Lithuania, built from scratch: spec, design, frontend, backend and server infrastructure. A client describes the job in their own words, and the system routes it to suitable companies by trade, city and service radius.
The platform earns from leads: contractors spend credits to unlock a client’s contacts, buy plans and credit packs through Paysera, and an invoice is generated automatically on payment. Around that sit a catalogue in Lithuanian, English and Russian, verified company profiles, AI price calculators and an admin panel.

Job matching
A job is matched to contractors automatically by trade, the regions they serve or the distance from their city. The same notification never goes out twice.
Credit system
Credits are spent oldest first, and unlocking a contact is a single operation: even with several clicks, the contractor is charged once.
Payments and invoices
Paysera payments confirmed on the server. On payment a VAT invoice is issued as a PDF and sent in the buyer’s language.
Company checks
Company and VAT codes are checked against the registers and VIES. The “verified partner” badge is still granted by a person.
AI price calculators
A formula gives the price range, and Claude refines it from the job description without ever leaving market bounds.
Admin panel
Moderation of jobs and contractors, plans, invoices, BI analytics with conversions and revenue, and a full audit log.

Results for the business
What the project changed in day-to-day work.
Jobs reach contractors automatically: the admin no longer looks for who should get each one.
VAT invoices are issued and sent with no manual work, right after payment.
Companies are checked against the registers automatically; the admin only approves.
DSK Digital
An occupational safety briefing platform: one specialist serves many companies from one place, and the system tracks deadlines and keeps the evidence itself.
