About the project
Webvibe CRM is the system where I run all client work, from proposal to paid invoice. I use it every day, so every feature came from a real need, not a feature list.
Proposals, contracts and invoices are generated as Lithuanian PDFs with company details and running numbers. The client signs a contract with a finger on their phone through a one-time link, and a signed support contract creates the monthly support record on its own. Next up: an enquiry pipeline, reminders and automatic monthly invoices.

Proposals and contracts
Three contract types: staged payment, a 70/30 advance and monthly support. PDFs in Lithuanian.
Finger signature on a phone
The client gets a one-time link valid for 7 days and signs without installing anything.
Numbered invoices
Numbers from WV-001 on with no duplicates, statuses from issued to paid, overdue ones flagged automatically.
Payments and expenses
Payments are linked to invoices, and expense receipts are added as a simple photo.
Dashboard
The month’s income and expenses, unpaid and overdue invoices, active projects.
Works like an app
Installs on a phone, and PDFs go to clients through the phone’s share menu.

A contract and invoice are ready in minutes, with no Word templates and no numbering by hand.
Clients sign contracts on their phone: no printing, scanning or posting.
I always see which invoices are unpaid or overdue and how much came in this month.
